If You Missed the October Pancake Breakfast, You Missed Out

Return Of an Egg-cellent Chef.

We were most pleased to see Brother Neal Collins return to the kitchen. While many may duplicate, few can replicate his mastery in scrambling eggs. Your earnest reporter went back for seconds and saw a line form for more eggs at the end of the breakfast.

Victory Starts with the Victuals.

We all know that the Cathedral Council’s breakfast sausage is the stuff of legends – Parishioners routinely ask “how can I enjoy this delicious dish on my own?” Answer: they can’t. But did you know that this weekend we were commended for our pancakes? That’s right – we were asked what mix we used! Our Quartermaster – Dr. Hugo Bonilla – was happy to share his sources, because we are Catholic Men of good standing and because we’re confident that our Pancake Breakfast cannot be beat.

How Do I get in on This?

The Cathedral Council hosts a pancake breakfast every month, September-May. Our next breakfast will be held on Sunday, November 16th, in Burke Hall at the Cathedral of St. Thomas More. We hope to see you there!
